Troubleshooting

No Power
1. Check the AC adaptor is properly connected to your microphone and properly plugged into the main power source.
2. Make sure to use right adaptor. Using improper adaptor causes damage on your microphone.
3. Using batteries with AC adaptor at the same time causes battery leakage. Even though you do not see any leakage in battery insert area, there will be a serious damage on the circuit board. Please note that the battery leakage does not covered by any type of warranty.
4. If any song chips are installed on your microphone, take out them from the microphone.
When the song chips are installed up-side down, the microphone does not power on. You will need to try other way to install the song chip.

No Video (but Sound)
1. Make sure that your TV is in the Video Mode or proper input setting.
2. Make sure all the cables and the power adaptor are properly connected.

Black & White Distorted Video
1. Please check your manual for "NTSC" mode and follow the direction - Somehow your system is turned into "PAL" mode which is Europian TV mode, so you will switch to "NTSC" mode which is US TV mode.

2. Check your TV volume.

2. Make sure that your TV is in the Video Mode or proper input setting.
3. Try to connect to other TV.

Sound Comes a Bit Later

When you connect your microphone to a digital TV, there is one tenth of second sound delay. (This does not happen to the analog TV)
In this case, you may need to connect audio lines to separate audio set.
As seen on the picture below, connect video input (yellow cable or HDMI) to the digital TV and audio input (white & red) to the audio set. You may need an extra extension RCA cable either for video input or audio input due to the distance between TV and audio set.
