No Power
1. Check the AC adaptor is properly connected to your microphone and properly plugged into the main power source.
2. Make sure to use right adaptor. Using improper adaptor causes damage on your microphone.
3. Using batteries with AC adaptor at the same time causes battery leakage. Even though you do not see any leakage in battery insert area, there will be a serious damage on the circuit board. Please note that the battery leakage does not covered by any type of warranty.
4. If any song chips are installed on your microphone, take out them from the microphone.
When the song chips are installed up-side down, the microphone does not power on. You will need to try other way to install the song chip.
No Video (but Sound)
1. Make sure that your TV is in the Video Mode or proper input setting.
2. Make sure all the cables and the power adaptor are properly connected.
Black & White Distorted Video
1. Turn off your microphone. While you are holding “9” button, press “Power” button to turn on your microphone. When the power is on, let go both buttons.
No Sound
1. Turn off your microphone. While you are holding “0” button, press “Power” button to turn on your microphone. When the power is on, let go both buttons. This will reset your microphone as factory setting.
2. Check your TV volume.
3. Make sure all the cables and the power adaptor are properly connected.
No Sound & No Video
1. Make sure all the cables and the power adaptor are properly connected.
2. Make sure that your TV is in the Video Mode or proper input setting.
3. Try to connect to other TV. |
