Repair Service


In case of the manufacturer's warranty NOT applied
  • If you've purchased your microphone(s) from outside U.S.
  • Or you've purchased your microphone(s) over a year from today.
1. Please download the SRO (Service Repair Order) Form.
SRO Form is in PDF format. If you cannot read this form, please click here to download the Adobe® Reader®.
2. Print and fill it out completely.
3. Mail it in with the microphone, RCA cables, power adaptor, a $15 money order (or check). The return address is on the SRO form.
By sending your microphone for repair, you agree to pay $15 whether the unit is repaired or not, and $15 will not be refundable.
4. The repair service will be arround $85 depends on the parts for repair.
5. Please allow us up to 10 days to check your system, and we will contact you for the repair fee and repair time.
6. RCA cables, power adaptors are consumable parts and are not covered under warranty. Other restrictions apply.
7. Please note battery damage is non-repairable and not covered under warranty.
8. You will be informed before repairs are done.
9. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at any time for any reason.

  • And you've purchased your microphone(s) within a year from today.
  • And you have the original sales receipt.
