| Where is My Order? When we ship out your order, we email you with UPS or USPS tracking number. If you did not receive any email within 4 business days, you will need to contact us. |
| Order Processing We make every attempt to ship your orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on late Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on following Monday. Orders with Priority shipping (Next Day or 2nd Day Shipping) will be processed and shipped the same day if received by 12:00 PM EST. |
| Order Cancellations Orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for only following reasons. - Item(s) not available - Difficult to process with information your provided like incorrect payment information or shipping address - Duplicated orders are placed - When you email us within 3 hours of order |

| About Gift Card Gift Cards are delivered via email and reach their sender within a few hours if there are no issues with the order. The sender's name and email address are included for the recipient. You may purchase a Gift Card at any amount between minimum $20 to maximum $200. Gift Card is not taxable, but tax will be applied to any purchase with Gift Cards. There is no expiration date on Gift Cards. |
| Minimum & Maximum Purchase We regret that we must limit orders to no more than ten (10) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $500 per customer. However minimum to process your order must be over $20. |

| Shipping Options & Charges When purchasing products on MagicSingStore.com, you have various delivery options. We make every effort to ensure that products are delivered within the specified time frame. * We make every attempt to ship orders within 24~48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please add this packing period to your delivery estimate time. ** Free Ground shipping is applied on all items $99 or more of purchase as long as you are a resident within US except Alaska & Hawaii. |

Returns and Exchanges 1. Contact us to obtain a RMA number. When you contact us, please provide the reason, invoice number, product name and your contact information for returns or exchanges. 2. At the time you get RMA nuber, you will be informed the address where you need to send to. When a product has been authorized for a return, the customer will be reimbursed for the product and taxes. MagicSingStore.com does not credit back on shipping. Service parts are not returnable. Labor, installation services and any shipping charges are non-refundable. |
| Manuacturer's Warranty The microphones are covered for 1 year by the warranty if you purchased it in US, and valid only when presenting original sales receipt. There are few exception that are not covered by the warranty: 1. Tampering with the microphone (opening the microphone and trying to repair yourself or by a non-authorized Enter-tech repair center). 2. Battery leakage or explosion of batteries 3. Water damage 4. Physical or cosmetic damage includes and not limited to dropping the microphone, throwing the microphone or severing any of the wires because of misuse. |
| Repair We have several different models of microphones and parts available in our service center, but we do not necessarily carry all parts. If we do not carry the parts for your microphone the microphone will be mailed to Korea for service and will not return to you for another 30 days. To get your product repaired, go to "Information > Repair Service" and download the SRO (Service Repair Order) form, include your original sales receipt and send a $15 money order to cover shipping. The $15 will be counted towards for full price of repair if you decide to repair your products. Otherwise, it is not refundable. If you do not send all of the above items as specified you will be charged or your service will be delayed. |
